AN ACT
1 Redesignating the bridge carrying section A80 of the East Side
2 Access Highway, SR 4034, over Fourmile Creek and the
3 Wintergreen Gorge in Harborcreek Township, Erie County, as
4 the Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.
8 (a) Redesignation.--The bridge carrying section A80 of the
9 East Side Access Highway, SR 4034, over Fourmile Creek and the
10 Wintergreen Gorge in Harborcreek Township, Erie County, is
11 redesignated the Sergeant Donald S. Oaks Memorial Bridge.
12 (b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
13 maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge
14 redesignated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge.
1 Section 2. Effective date.
2 This act shall take effect in 30 days.
