Subject: Cosponsorship Memo Recognizing September as Library Card Signup Month in Pennsylvania
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce a resolution recognizing September Library Card Signup Month in Pennsylvania. Libraries have always been recognized as an invaluable educational tool and a gateway to a wealth of information and boundless enjoyment. Our libraries serve as centers of culture and learning in every community and libraries and librarians have a powerful and positive impact on the lives of Americans on a daily basis.

If knowledge can be considered the greatest of all riches, then owning and using a library card is the key to an enduring treasure. I ask that my colleagues please join me in cosponsoring this resolution recognizing September Library Card Signup Month in Pennsylvania.
