Subject: | Consumptive Use of Water |

Pennsylvania's public natural resources are the common property of all the people, including generations yet to come. As trustee of these resources, the Commonwealth shall conserve and maintain them for the benefit of all the people. This resolution shall direct the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to:
The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee is authorized to seek a contractor or consultant to assist in this study; and shall report all findings and conclusions on this issue within 12 months of the adoption of this resolution. |
