Subject: Constitutional amendment to broaden the use of absentee ballots
 
I will be introducing legislation, in the near future, that would amend our state's constitution to specifically guarantee the military the right to vote by absentee ballot and allow the General Assembly to enact legislation to permit more Pennsylvania residents to vote by absentee ballot.
