MEMORANDUM

Posted: January 3, 2013 10:09 AM
From: Representative Ron Miller
To: All House members
Subject: Debris from Sporting Shoots - Former HB 172

The agriculture community is constantly dealing with foreign objects (trash/litter) damaging farming equipment or contaminating the food supply intended for livestock. This legislation is meant to assure that we protect property owners, and users, while protecting our ability to have sporting shoots and not negatively impact legitimate hunting activities.

The language can be found in the attachment. The summary offense of the fourth degree will result in a penalty of $100.

Former co-sponsors: MILLER , FLECK , GINGRICH , HESS , PYLE , SWANGER and HORNAMAN
