Subject: Resolution Honoring Kathleen Carey
 
In the near future, I am planning to introduce a resolution congratulating Kathleen Carey, who has been awarded the first Barbara Rahke Community Ally Award by United Steelworkers Local 10-1.

Kathleen Carey, business writer for the Delaware Daily Times is awarded for an exemplary achievement in the field of labor issues and wrote numerous stories detailing the struggle to save the refineries and thousands of local jobs.

Please join me in honoring Kathleen Carey by co-sponsoring this resolution.
