Subject: Co-Sponsorship: Recognition of Native American Tribes in PA (Former HB 980)
 
In the near future, I plan to reintroduce legislation that provides for formal recognition by the Governor of Native American bands or clans, nations & tribes indigenous to PA; establishing Commission on Native American Affairs; conferring powers & duties on DCED; and imposing a penalty.
