Subject: Binding Ballot Question before approval of expansion of gaming facility.
 
I will be reintroducing legislation that requires a Municipality to place a binding ballot question to approve or disapprove the expansion of gambling operations or increases in the number of licensees within the Municipality.

This Legislation was introduced in the 2011-12 Session as House Bill 499. Co-Sponsors were:
CALTAGIRONE, JOSEPHS, SWANGER, BAKER, BARRAR, CLYMER, FLECK, KOTIK, STERN AND TALLMAN
