Subject: Increase PLCB Size
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to amend the Liquor Code regarding the size of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

My legislation would increase the size of the Liquor Control Board from three members to nine members. Six of the members must be of the same political party as the Governor and shall constitute a quorum. Any action taken by the Board would require six votes.
