Subject: SFC William Boyle Memorial Bridge.
 
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation designating a bridge on that portion of S. R. 58001, known as Elk Run Road, over the Pine Creek, Gaines Township, Tioga County as the SFC William Boyle Memorial Bridge.

SFC Boyle, a resident of Watrous, attended Galeton High School, and served in the United States Army as an E7 with the MACV-SOG, 5th Special Forces Group in Vientam. He was killed on February 28, 1970 while bravely serving his country, when an enemy rocket hit his helicopter causing an explosion & subsequent fire.
