| MEMORANDUM To: All House Members From: Representative Matthew Bradford and Representative Mike Vereb Re: Honoring Frank “Hank Cisco” Ciaccio Date: September 26, 2013 In the near future, we will introduce a resolution honoring Frank “Hank Cisco” Ciaccio, of Norristown, Pennsylvania, and recognizing his accomplishments. Mr. Ciaccio has made numerous important contributions to the Norristown community. He served in the Norristown Police Department for 24 years, selflessly protecting his neighbors. After his long and successful career in the NPD, he went on to become Executive Director of the Montgomery County Safety Committee, as well as the first Juvenile Detective in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Ciaccio has also made his mark in the world of boxing. After a successful stint as an amateur boxer, he became a licensed professional referee. He went on to establish the Norristown Police Athletic League Boxing program, which went on to achieve a victory in the State Championships for participants aged 13 years or younger. Frank “Hank Cisco” Ciaccio is a model citizen. He enjoys the distinction of being the only municipal ambassador in the nation, having been named the official Ambassador of Norristown. It is our privilege to honor him with a resolution. Please join us in co-sponsoring this legislation. |
