Subject: Honor Resolution for Dunmore Patrolman Eugene Ruddy for service to this Commonwealth
 
In the very near future I will be introducing a resolution (Rule 35 Non-controversial) that honors and recognizes Dunmore Patrolman Eugene Ruddy for his bravery and extraordinary service recently when he recently saved eight (8) people from a burning building on September 22nd, 2013:
