Subject: Taxpayer Funding Label Act
 
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation which will insure that certain public materials and publicly accessible Internet websites of the Commonwealth are properly “endorsed” by the persons providing the funding.

This legislation will require that all materials and publicly accessible Internet websites feature the phrase “Prepared or Compiled Using Taxpayer Resources.”

I sincerely hope you will join me on this legislation that will ensure that proper credit for these materials and websites is given to the true source of the funds, the taxpayers.
