Subject: | Reintroduction of the legislation to Amend the Liquor Code (formerly HB1566) |
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation that would amend the Liquor Code. The Liquor Code currently allows those that are permitted to deliver malt and brewed beverages to do so in vehicles bearing the name address and liquor license number of those allowed on each side of the vehicle in letters no smaller than four inches in height. My legislation removes the reference to the arbitrarily set 4 inch height of the letters and allows the Liquor Control Board to determine if height of the letters on these vehicles is adequate. The legislation was previously introduced in the 2011-2012 legislative session as HB1566. Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation. Previous Co-sponsors: BARRAR , D.
