Subject: Condolence Resolution: Lt. Colonel Thomas A. Richards, USMC, Navy Cross Recipient
 

In the near future, I will be introducing a Condolence Resolution for USMC Lt. Colonel Thomas A. Richards. Lt. Colonel Richards was awarded the Navy Cross in 1969 for valor during the Vietnam Conflict.

Many of you have met Lt. Colonel Richards over the years as he was a frequent visitor the Capitol. A History Professor and military history buff, Colonel Richards was a frequent visitor to Harrisburg, Gettysburg and Carlisle.

Please join me in honoring the life of Lt. Colonel Richards.
