Subject: Resolution Honoring 60th Anniversary of Homeowners Association of Philadelphia
 
Later this week, I will be introducing a Resolution recognizing the 60th Anniversary of the Homeowners Association of Philadelphia. HAPCO is a voluntary Association of residential property owners and investors with more than 3,000 members who own or manage 40% of Philadelphia's low-income and moderate income property.

The goals of the Association include advancing the causes of private rights, equitable tenant-landlord legislation and education. HAPCO continues to work to improve the Community through upgrading and preserving private housing stock and fighting housing decay and abandonment.

Your support of this Resolution recognizing the works and dedication of the Association and their members would be greatly appreciated.


Introduced as HR1085
