| Subject: | Jurisdiction of specified health organizations |
| Soon I plan to introduce a bill to prohibit the jurisdiction of the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and non-government organizations within the Commonwealth. Additionally, no such organization may be used for justification for any requirement or coercion for wearing a mask, receiving a vaccine or other injection or medical testing. In Pennsylvania, since at least March 2020 by improper influence and jurisdictional intrusion there has been a deprivation of constitutionally protected liberty interests, property rights and access to health care by federal, international and non-governmental “health” organizations. This manifested its oppression in so-called decreed health mandates, forced injections or “jabs” and/or required medical and genetic testing, all in contravention to the natural, constitutional and human rights of Pennsylvanians. My legislation will preclude the said entities from having any local or regional health offices or influence in the Commonwealth, including prevention of said entities from issuing any mandates, requirements, or the private or public mandatory use of its recommendations, instructions or guidance upon any person within the Commonwealth. Please join me as a co-sponsor of this important legislation for the welfare and protection of our health care from foreign influence and loss of personal choice and liberty. |
