Subject: Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month Resolution
 
In the very near future I will be introducing a resolution to increase the awareness and proclaim November, 2013, as Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month.

Pulmonary Hypertension is a rare disorder causing intolerable blood pressure levels in the arteries between the lungs and heart.

Please join me in recognizing the seriousness of this disease and the work to find a cure.
