Subject: Honoring the historic achievement of 100,000 acres of farmland preserved in Lancaster County
 
In the near future, I intend to introduce a resolution to honor the historic achievement of 100,000 acres of farmland preserved in Lancaster County thanks to the efforts of the Lancaster County Agricultural Preserve Board and Lancaster County Farmland Trust.

Lancaster County is the first county in the nation to reach such a milestone. This resolution will commemorate and express thanks to these two outstanding organizations and the community for supporting efforts to preserve Lancaster’s rich
agricultural heritage.

I hope you will join me in co-sponsoring this important resolution.
