Subject: Proposed Resolution - Designating March 2014 as National Nutrition Month
 


In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution designating March 2014 as National Nutrition Month in Pennsylvania.

National Nutrition Month is a nationwide campaign sponsored through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to focus greater attention on the importance of making informed food and nutrition choices as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The resolution will bring focus on the importance of quality, healthy food for consumption by Pennsylvanians, highlighting its role in overall health and well-being.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this resolution to help launch a greater campaign for healthy living for all Pennsylvanians.
