Subject: Unannounced Inspection of Daycare Facilities
 
In the near future I plan to reintroduce (Former HB 87) which provides for unannounced inspections of daycare facilities. This is about protecting the safety and welfare of our most vulnerable citizens, our children. This bill has passed the House unanimously the last several sessions and has been agreed upon by The Department of Public Welfare, the religious community and administration.
