In the near future, I am planning to introduce legislation which will give residents and/or taxpayers of political subdivisions or of an authority created by a political subdivision to comment on matters of concern, official action or deliberation which are or may be before the board or council of a political subdivision or of an authority created by a political subdivision at each advertised regular meeting and advertised special meeting; and the board or council shall not require a resident to register before the meeting in order to comment.
