Subject: Observation of April 22, 2015 as "Earth Day"
 
I plan to introduce a resolution encouraging residents of PA to observe "Earth Day" on April 22, 2015. This year marks the 45th celebration of Earth Day, encouraging awareness for environmental concerns.

This resolution will replace HR 133 that was introduced March 2, 2015. It is being redrafted to conform to Rule 35.
