Subject: Co-sponsor: Amend Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law
 

It was brought to my attention last week that when the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law (Act 193 of 1935) was amended last Session that uniform civilian fire and police officers, stationed on military facilities in the Commonwealth, were omitted. My bill will cover those fire and police officers who are stationed at installations such as Fort Indiantown Gap.

Please join me in co-sponsoring legislation which would include the uniform civilian fire and police officers stationed on military facilities in the Commonwealth.
