Subject: Resolution recognizing April 2020 as "School Library Month" in Pennsylvania
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce a resolution recognizing April 2020 as "School Library Month" in Pennsylvania.

School libraries play a critical role in the development of our students and young adults by providing needed resources and guidance to help them excel. Every April school librarians are encouraged to host activities to help their school and local community celebrate the essential role that strong school library programs play in transforming learning.

I hope you will join me in co-sponsoring this resolution.
