Subject: SSG Gerrith Kibbe Memorial Bridge Naming
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to designate a bridge, located on SR 3004 over the Allegheny River, Roulette Township, Potter County, as the SSG Gerrith Kibbe Memorial Bridge.
 
SSG Gerrith Kibbe was killed while serving in the United States Army in South Vietnam on June 24, 1967. At the request of county officials and local veterans organizations, I would like to memorialize the life of SSG Gerrith Kibbe for making the ultimate sacrifice for his country.
 
Please join me in honoring the life and service of SSG Gerrith Kibbe.


Introduced as HB149
