Subject: Resolution Recognizing Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Week 2023 in Pennsylvania
 
During the first day of January 2023 session, I plan on introducing a resolution designating the week of January 16th through 21st, 2023 as "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Week" in Pennsylvania. During this week, we are all encouraged to take time to remember the legacy of Dr. King and his commitment to equality for all by participating in acts of service within the community.
 
I encourage members to join me in co-sponsoring the resolution.
