                        AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 906

     1       Amend Sec. 3 (Sec. 302.1), page 3, lines 6 through 12, by
     2    striking out all of said lines and inserting
     3    publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin:
     4           (1)  within 30 days of the effective date of this section
     5       for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June
     6       30, 2008; and
     7           (2)  by August 8 for fiscal years beginning after June
     8       30, 2008.


     9       Amend Sec. 4 (Sec. 303), page 4, line 3, by striking out
    10    "JUNE 30, 2007, AND JULY 1, 2007, AND ENDING"
    11       Amend Sec. 4 (Sec. 303), page 5, lines 1 through 3, by
    12    striking out all of lines 1 and 2 and "JUNE 30, 2008, AND EACH
    13    YEAR THEREAFTER" in line 3 and inserting
    14           (1)  By September 1 of each year
    15       Amend Sec. 4 (Sec. 303), page 5, lines 6 through 9, by
    16    striking out all of lines 6 through 8 and "JUNE 30, 2008, AND
    17    EACH YEAR THEREAFTER" in line 9 and inserting
    18       this Commonwealth.
    19           (2)  By September 8 of each year

    20       Amend Sec. 4 (Sec. 303), page 5, lines 11 and 12, by striking
    21    out "NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 8 OF EACH YEAR"
    22       Amend Sec. 6 (Sec. 502.1), page 6, lines 29 and 30; page 7,
    23    lines 1 through 4, by striking out all of said lines on said
    24    pages and inserting
    25    publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin:
    26           (1)  within 30 days of the effective date of this section

     1       for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June
     2       30, 2008; and
     3           (2)  by August 8 for fiscal years beginning after June
     4       30, 2008.


     5       Amend Sec. 7 (Sec. 503), page 7, line 25, by striking out
     6    "AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2007, AND JULY 1, 2007,"
     7       Amend Sec. 7 (Sec. 503), page 8, lines 22 and 23, by striking
     8    out all of said lines and inserting
     9               (1)  By September 1 of each year, the
    10       Amend Sec. 7 (Sec. 503), page 8, lines 26 through 30; page 9,
    11    lines 1 and 2, by striking out all of lines 26 through 30, page
    12    8, all of line 1 on page 9 and "YEAR." in line 2, page 9 and
    13    inserting
    14       service in this Commonwealth.
    15           (2)  By September 8 of each year, the agency shall
    16       provide applications to the president of every volunteer
    17       ambulance service.
