10(d) Registration.--

11(1) Each contractor, regardless of trade, performing work on
12a construction site that is subject to permitting by the act of 
13November 10, 1999 (P.L.491, No.45), known as the "Pennsylvania 
14Construction Code Act," shall register its subcontractors and 
15employes with the local municipality where the work is being 
16performed.

17(2) The local municipality shall remit the information
18required in paragraph (1) to each entity responsible for the
19collection of taxes in that municipality.
