Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
"State center." A State-operated facility, licensed by the
Department of Human Services, to provide a level of care
specially designed to meet the needs of persons who have an
intellectual disability or persons with related conditions who
require specialized health and rehabilitative services.
Amend Bill, page 3, line 9, by inserting before "No"
(a) Prohibition.--
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 12 and 13
(b) Applicability.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to a
State center.
Amend Bill, page 3, line 18, by inserting before
"NOTWITHSTANDING"
