AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1220

Amend Bill, page 1, lines 16 through 18, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 1626(b)(4) and (d) of the act of June 3,
1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election
Code, are amended to read:
Amend Bill, page 1, by inserting between lines 21 and 22
(b) Each report shall include the following information:

(4) As follows:
(i) Each and every expenditure, the date made, the full name
and address of the person to whom made and the purpose for which
such expenditure was made.
(ii) For an expenditure which is a reimbursement for an
expense incurred, an itemized list and the amounts of the
purchases which are being reimbursed.

Amend Bill, page 2, line 17, by striking out "immediately."
and inserting
as follows:
(1) The amendment of section 1626(b)(4) of the act shall
take effect in 60 days.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect
immediately.
