A RESOLUTION
Adopting a temporary Rule of the House of Representatives
relating to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control
(CDC) minimizing the spread of COVID-19.
RESOLVED, That this resolution adopts a temporary rule to
apply notwithstanding the Rules of the House of Representatives;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That it is recommended that all members of the
House, staff of the House and all guests of the House follow the
most recent guidance relating to minimizing the spread of COVID-
19 issued from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC); and be it
further
RESOLVED, That, notwithstanding the guidance issued from the
CDC, all members of the House, staff of the House and all guests
of the House shall have the option of continuing the use of face
coverings or masks if they elect to do so; and be it further
RESOLVED, That, unless amended or revoked by the House, the
temporary rule adopted in this resolution shall expire on July
31, 2021; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Action in Writing (AIW) adopted by the
