AN ACT
Amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in home inspections,
further providing for home inspection reports.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 7508(a) of Title 68 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 7508. Home inspection reports.
(a) Required contents.--A home inspection report must be in
writing and shall include:

(4) A disclosure of the visible evidence of the presence
of interior mold present at the time of inspection and the
location of the visible evidence along with advice to obtain
a professional evaluation.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
