AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Mobility Foundation, North Wales.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. The sum of $25,000 is hereby appropriated to the
5 Mobility Foundation, North Wales, for the fiscal year July 1,
6 1989, to June 30, 1990. Payment of this appropriation shall be
7 made by the Department of Public Welfare in equal quarterly
8 payments.
9 Section 2. The Mobility Foundation shall provide such
10 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
11 this act. The information shall be provided in such form and
12 manner as the Department of Public Welfare shall prescribe.
13 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
14 immediately, whichever is later.
