AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for the issuance of antlerless
3 deer licenses by the commission.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2722(b) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 2722. Authorized license-issuing agents.

10 (b) Agents for issuing antlerless deer licenses.--Antlerless
11 deer licenses [shall] may be issued by the commission and the
12 county treasurer or, in home rule or optional plan counties, the
13 person whose duties encompass those of a county treasurer within
14 the county in which the licenses are valid.

16 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
