AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Department of Health for epilepsy
2 support services.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $150,000, or as much thereof as may be
6 necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health
7 for the fiscal year July 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998, for epilepsy
8 support services.
9 Section 2. This appropriation shall be in addition to any
10 other appropriations made for the same purpose.
11 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1997, or
12 immediately, whichever is later.
