    11 "PENNSYLVANIA"
    12 Verse 1
    13 Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania,
    14 Mighty is your name,
15 Steeped in glory and tradition,
    16 Object of acclaim.
17 Where brave men fought the foe of freedom,
    18 Tyranny decried,

1 'Til the bell of independence
     2 filled the countryside.
     3 Chorus
     4 Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania,
     5 May your future be,
     6 filled with honor everlasting
     7 as your history.
     8 Verse 2
     9 Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania,
10 Blessed by God's own hand,
11 Birthplace of a mighty nation,
    12 Keystone of the land.
13 Where first our country's flag unfolded,
    14 Freedom to proclaim,

    16 glorify your name.
