AN ACT
Prohibiting Commonwealth funds from being used to lease a motor
vehicle to or on behalf of members of General Assembly.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Prohibition.
(a) General rule.--No Commonwealth funds may be used to
lease a vehicle to or on behalf of a member of the General
Assembly.
(b) Exception.--Subsection (a) shall not apply to a lease
for a motor vehicle entered into prior to the effective date of
this section.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
