AN ACT 1 Amending the act of May 24, 2000 (P.L. , No.21A), entitled "An 2 act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the 3 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the 4 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for 5 the fiscal year July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001, for certain 6 institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills 7 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year 8 ending June 30, 2000; to provide appropriations from the 9 State Lottery Fund, the Energy Conservation and Assistance 10 Fund, the Hazardous Material Response Fund, The State Stores 11 Fund, the Milk Marketing Fund, the Home Investment Trust 12 Fund, the Emergency Medical Services Operating Fund, the Ben 13 Franklin/IRC Partnership Fund, the Tuition Payment Fund, the 14 Banking Department Fund and the Firearm Records Check Fund to 15 the Executive Department; to provide appropriations from the 16 Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account to the Judicial 17 Department for the fiscal year July 1, 2000, to June 30, 18 2001; to provide appropriations from the Motor License Fund 19 for the fiscal year July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001, for the 20 proper operation of the several departments of the 21 Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized to 22 spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the 23 appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive Department of 24 the Commonwealth and for the establishment of restricted 25 receipt accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 2000, to June 26 30, 2001, and for the payment of bills remaining unpaid at
1 the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000; and to 2 provide for the additional appropriation of Federal and State 3 funds for the Executive Department of the Commonwealth for 4 the fiscal year July 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000, and for the 5 payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close 6 of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999," further providing 7 for the Federal appropriation for the LIHEABG - Program. 8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 9 hereby enacts as follows: 10 Section 1. As much of section 219 as relates to the Federal 11 appropriation for the LIHEABG - Program in the act of May 24, 12 2000 (P.L. , No.21A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 13 2000, is amended to read: 14 Section 219.
