                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Honoring East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania for
     2     establishing the first computer security bachelor of science
     3     degree in the United States and for establishing an advanced
     4     business and security accelerator project.

     5     WHEREAS, East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania has
     6  established the first computer security bachelor of science
     7  degree in the United States, a program in software security
     8  engineering that has broad applications for the future of
     9  cyberspace development and commercial applications; and
    10     WHEREAS, East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania has
    11  established an advanced business and security accelerator
    12  project with the goal of creating new economic growth and
    13  development and assisting the university and Monroe County in
    14  the progress of economic development; therefore be it
    15     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor East


     1  Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania for establishing the
     2  first computer security bachelor of science degree in the United
     3  States and for establishing an advanced business and security
     4  accelerator project.
