                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Honoring the Department of Pennsylvania, American Gold Star
     2     Mothers, Inc., on the occasion of its 50th anniversary.

     3     WHEREAS, This year marks the 50th anniversary of the
     4  Department of Pennsylvania, American Gold Star Mothers, Inc.;
     5  and
     6     WHEREAS, This year also marks the 50th anniversary of the
     7  national organization of the Gold Star Mothers; and
     8     WHEREAS, Throughout its 50 years of service, the Department
     9  of Pennsylvania, American Gold Star Mothers, Inc., has provided
    10  assistance and comfort to thousands of veterans who have been

     1  hospitalized; and
     2     WHEREAS, The Department of Pennsylvania, American Gold Star
     3  Mothers, Inc., deserves recognition and honor for outstanding
     4  service to our veterans; therefore be it
     5     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives honor the
     6  services that the Department of Pennsylvania, American Gold Star
     7  Mothers, Inc., has performed for the Commonwealth's veterans on
     8  the occasion of its 50th anniversary.
