           FEBRUARY 9, 1999

        REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE AND RURAL AFFAIRS,

                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 26, 1850 (P.L.618, No.364), entitled
     2     "An act to vest in Barbara Griffith and Polly Conrad certain
     3     supposed escheated personal estate; to incorporate the
     4     Delaware and Schuylkill road company; and relative to market
     5     stalls in the city of Philadelphia."

     6     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     7  hereby enacts as follows:
     8     Section 1.  The act of April 26, 1850 (P.L. 618, No.364),
     9  entitled "An act to vest in Barbara Griffith and Polly Conrad
    10  certain supposed escheated personal estate; to incorporate the
    11  Delaware and Schuylkill road company; and relative to market
    12  stalls in the city of Philadelphia," is repealed.
    13     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
