AN ACT
1 Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, further providing for administration
3 of support matters.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4305(a)(4) of Title 23 of the
7 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 4305. General administration of support matters.
9 (a) Powers and duties.--Subject to any inconsistent general
10 rules and to the supervision and direction of the court, the
11 domestic relations section shall have the power and duty to:
12 * * *
13 (4) Collect and pay over to the persons entitled thereto
14 moneys received pursuant to support proceedings. Money
15 collected under this paragraph:
16 (i) shall be paid over only to or for the person to
17 whom the support is owed; and
1 (ii) may not be used to satisfy any other obligation
2 of the obligor.

4 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
