                                  A RESOLUTION

     1  Discharging the Committee on Education from its duties under the
     2     resolution directing it to study the effects of Act 36 of
     3     1999 on vocational agriculture programs in school districts.

     4     WHEREAS, On April 12, 2000, the House of Representatives
     5  unanimously adopted a resolution, House Resolution 397, that
     6  directs the Committee on Education to study the effects of Act
     7  36 of 1999 on vocational agriculture programs in school
     8  districts; therefore be it
     9     RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives discharge the
    10  Committee on Education from its duties under the resolution
    11  directing it to study the effects of Act 36 of 1999 on
    12  vocational agriculture programs in school districts.
