AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for content of driver's license.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Sections 1510 and 1610 of Title 75 of the
6 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended by adding
7 subsections to read:
8 § 1510. Issuance and content of driver's license.

10 (h) Sale of photographs prohibited.--Neither the department
11 nor any person under contract with the department shall sell
12 photographs of holders of a driver's license or identification
13 card for any commercial purpose.
14 § 1610. Commercial driver's license.

2 (f) Sale of photographs prohibited.--Neither the department
3 nor any person under contract with the department shall sell
4 photographs of holders of a commercial driver's license for any
5 commercial purpose.
6 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
