                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for audit of moneys.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  Section 522(b)(2) of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
     6  Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
     7  § 522.  Appropriation and audit of moneys.

     9     (b)  Audit and report.--
    10         * * *
    11         (2)  No later than January 31 of each year the commission
    12     through its executive director shall submit an annual written
    13     report to the Game and Fisheries Committee and the
    14     Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the Game and
    15     Fisheries Committee and the Appropriations Committee of the
    16     House of Representatives which shall include the complete
    17     budget for the current fiscal year and for the next fiscal
    18     year[.] and any studies, programs, donations or expenditures

     1     involving the participation of the members of the commission,
     2     the director or any officer, employee or agent of the
     3     commission acting in his official capacity that are not
     4     disbursed from the Game Fund. The commission shall meet with
     5     the specified committees of the General Assembly to receive
     6     oral testimony in relation to the annual written reports and
     7     to examine the commission's compliance with section 328
     8     (relating to accountability) when so requested.

    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
