AN ACT
1Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2Consolidated Statutes, further providing for commemorative
3service demonstration activities.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Section 7517(b) of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8§ 7517. Commemorative service demonstration activities.

10(b) Offense defined.--A person commits a misdemeanor of the
11third degree if the person engages in demonstration activities
12within [500] 1,000 feet of any cemetery, mortuary, church or
13other location being utilized for the purposes of a
14commemorative service within one hour prior to, during and one
15hour following the commemorative service.

1Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
