                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 23, 1931 (P.L.929, No.312), entitled
     2     "An act fixing the qualifications of deputy sheriffs in this
     3     Commonwealth."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of June 23, 1931 (P.L.929, No.312),
     7  entitled "An act fixing the qualifications of deputy sheriffs in
     8  this Commonwealth," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
