A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commemorating the 150th anniversary of the
founding of Lebanon Valley College.
WHEREAS, Lebanon Valley College was founded by the Church of
the United Brethren in Christ as a private Christian liberal
arts college in 1866 in Annville, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, Lebanon Valley College serves as a premier
institution of higher learning in this Commonwealth and
continues to be a pillar of the Annville community; and
WHEREAS, Lebanon Valley College prides itself as an
accredited higher educational institution, offering innovative
programs and remarkable outcomes in guiding students to
professional and personal success through global research,
hands-on experience and qualified teacher faculty; and
WHEREAS, Lebanon Valley College celebrates its pride with its
motto "Libertas per Veritatem" which translates to "the truth
