AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
3 actions for damages.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 7104. Bar to recovery of damages by certain persons.
9 Any person, whether adult or minor, or the person's legal
10 representative shall be barred from recovering any damages for
11 physical or emotional injuries or for property damage incurred
12 during the commission of a crime or in an attempt to commit a
13 crime.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
